Bistecca di Manzo
Grain-fed sirloin, grilled on a authentic charcoal grill and seasoned with olive oil, lemon, oregano salt
and black pepper, served with Italian oven-roasted potatoes.

Pesce fresco di Giornata alla Griglia
Fresh line fish of the day, cooked on a open-fire grill, with a lemon butter sauce, served with Italian
savoury rice.

Ravioloni di Zucca

in a specially imported transparent wrapping.

The following are rates for the rental of the bars on various boats. 
We have full liquor licences on these vessels, although the sailboats serve just beer and softdrinks. 
These rates are payable if passengers wish to run the bars with their own stock.

The  Harbour cruise boat Dawn has no bar , but passengers can purchase soft drinks from  Southern Cross which is moored along side ( most of the time ).

The Jet Boats and  Freestyle also have no onboard bar , you can arrange a drink hamper beforehand .
